"Amazing"

The location was amazing. Near everything and the parking is right underneath. Compared to other Airbnb I ve been in this area this one is by far the most modern larger it’s the J towers surrounded by everything you need from sinagogues to restaurants to shopping to the market. We definitely book again

"Family of 4 waits 5 hours on the street."

The check-in instructions sent us to an occupied room. When I reached out to the company, none of the phone numbers they provided worked. I arrived at 4 pm (the earliest available check-in time, and after 5 hours of no progress with the double booking, my wife, our two babies, and I, had to sleep on someone's futon. They are giving me the go-around with getting a refund. The person already staying in the room let me take a picture to show it was not the same room as listed.
