I asked repeatedly for help with access as my Sim card was not working. I was in southern Poland, would be driving 5 hours to get to a town where I would then have to put in the address and from where I would in theory have access to how to get into the property. Without WiFi and with a Sim card that didn't function, all had to be in place before I left the Jelenia Gora area. He didn't bother responding. I ended up booking to stay in Poznań and would frankly like a return on my money
