"Beautiful, spacious apartment"

Clean, spacious apartment - perfect for our family of 4. Very bright and quiet. It was fantastic to have two full bathrooms and the apartment had everything we needed. Street parking was ample and easy. Location was nice - not too far away from all the popular attractions.

Beautiful flat in a quiet, charming neighborhood. Short hike to The Royal Mile, New Town, shops and restaurants. Loved the amazing bookstore down the street! It truly was a home away from home: warm and inviting.

Couple of issues with water pressure.

Fantastic location, extremely clean & well equipped. Would definitely recommend & stay here again.

Only reason why not 10 were couple of minor plumbing issues and just as bit of feedback could really have done with a mirror in second bedroom. Thanks

"Excellent property with only one problem."

The location is good. The property is amazing. It is a huge basement apartment with beautifully decorated and tastefully furnished rooms. We particularly appreciated the personal touches like fresh milk in the fridge (important after a long journey) and some shortbread in a jar.

The main toilet was not flushing from the moment we arrived. I tried to call the number provided for such events but there was no reply so I left a message. It was rather inconvenient with 3 adults having to share the ensuite during the night. To be fair we were only there for 1 night. I didn't expect an immediate response but decided to leave a note for the host as we'd had no response during our stay. I still have had no apology or explanation but as I keep being asked for a review I decided I had to give an honest one.

"The absolute perfect place for a city trip to Edinburgh"

Everything! :) It was the perfect place for a group of 4. The flat is HUGE (super comfy beds, nice bathrooms, modern kitchen with dining area and spacious living room). The flat is in a quiet street but just a short walk from the busy centre.

Everything was perfect! Maybe just one proposal… a second sofa (the recent one is a bit small for 4).
