BEYou can’t beat the value for money this place delivers. Easy access to public transport plus the owner and his brother bent over backwards to help us. We were coming in for a sports tournament and arrived and left the airport at different times - including late at night and dreadfully early in the morning, yet they helped us with reliable and affordable transport to and from the airport and the sports venue. The rooms were a little cool but solved with heaters. Very kind and obliging owner & brother. We felt very lucky to stay here with such great support!
Belgrade has a lot of smokers everywhere you go, and I guess over time, some also stayed in the apartment, which left a bit of a lingering smell.

only draw back was 1 washroom, which becomes a problem only if it’s a large group.

CZVery spacious and clean accommodation in Provence style, large hall with dining table, equipped kitchen, large bedrooms, parking in private enclosed garden. The centre is just a short direct bus ride away and also a few minutes walk from a large shopping centre. Friendly and very helpful landlord.
