Mimas Garden Apartments

I've never seen such a clean apartment. If you're going on vacation to this area, I highly recommend staying with this wonderful family. Although it's not really a private house, but an apartment, you can't hear the neighbors at all. There's access to the garden, so it feels like you're in a separate house. The kitchen is incredibly equipped, with every little detail.

Die Gastgeberfamilie war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Herr Aydın hat uns herzlich empfangen, seinen Parkplatz vor dem Haus zur Verfügung gestellt und hat uns Empfehlungen über Strände und Restaurants gegeben, auch einmal zum Strand gefahren. Es sind mehrere Strände fußläufig erreichbar und auch der kleine Hafen mit den vielen Restaurants sehr nah zur Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist einfach, aber liebevoll ausgestattet. Die Küche ist ausreichend mit Utensilien ( Besteck, Teller, Töpfe, Tassen, Gläser, Putzmittel, Gewürze ….) versorgt, alle notwendigen Geräte sind vorhanden ( Waschmaschine, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher…) Herzlichen Dank auch an die Gastgeberin für ihre Freundlichkeit und den Kuchen.

Leider keine Klimaanlage nur ein Ventilator. In den Zimmern sind wenige Steckdosen. Die Mücken waren leider nicht zu vermeiden, obwohl Insektenschutz vorhanden war.

Mr Aydin and his family were amazing hosts. Their place had a family warm feeling and was full equipped. Home was extremely clean and nice decorated. Also Mr Aydin was so helpfull about our all questions and concerns (about parking etc). We had great 4 days in his property

Clean, peaceful, spacious, kitchen utensils were plenty. The owners drove us the first day we came.

The apartment is lovely and quite spacious, and it is equipped with all the necessary amenities for a self-catering holiday. Furthermore, the hosts were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

We had a really fantastic time in such a beautiful part of Turkey. Our host was extremely helpful and contacted us in advance to help with an airport transfer at a good price. He also took us shopping on day 1 and offered to show us the sites. His whole family were very welcoming. The accommodation was clean, spacious and had beautiful photographs on the wall taken by the host (a professional photographer). The views from the balcony were amazing and we had use of the balcony when we wanted but also the family garden so we could access shade at all times. The apartment is well situated, close to beaches and also Iskele pier where there are a number of restaurants and bars. 100% recommend this area of Turkey and this accommodation. Amazing scenery, amazing people and an amazing flat and host.

There is no air conditioning, but there are fans in every bedroom which we moved to the sitting room when needed we needed them. For us, this worked absolutely fine. We were prepared for the heat and actually found Karaburun a good place to visit in July as you do benefit from the sea breeze.

Cozy apartment, tastefully decorated with original furniture and author's photos. You feel like you are visiting relatives, there is no feeling of empty apartments for tourists. The apartments are well equipped, the kitchen has everything you need, the knives are sharp, there is washing powder and shampoo, garbage bags and other things you might need. The apartments are well ventilated and the pillows are comfortable for a good night's sleep. You can eat in the courtyard on one side or on the balcony on the other, one of these places will have shade during the day. The balcony has a beautiful view of the city, the sea and the mountains, it was nice to spend the evenings there. The owner is punctual, a pleasant person to talk to. There is a small but nice promenade where it is nice to walk and sit in a restaurant. There are also several beaches with clean water within walking distance.

Our family of four enjoyed a large full apartment with a beautiful view over Karaburun Bay. The hosts were very nice and always at our disposal. Kids were happy and wouldn't leave anymore! We thank our hosts for a wonderful experience!
