Clean and spacious

Noise from next door neighbours

The apartment was about 10-15 minutes drive from the train station, ski resort and shopping areas so I would recommend that you drive. Check-in was easy using a door code. The apartment was well maintained, clean and tidy. The hosts were very responsive. The kitchen was well-equipped and we were cooking our meals most of the time. The rooms were comfortable. We drove to the ski resort everyday which worked well for us.

None. Some fruit flies that we could not get rid of but that was a small problem.

Very spacious and clean and nice hosts who replied very fast. Clean beds and very comfortable. Free parking and very convenient to all the places we wanted to go.

If I have to comment, maybe the TV console was too low. Nothing else bothered me, one night with noisy neighbours but overall okay. Luckily they stopped making noises at 10pm.

Easy to access

Location was decent. House was really lovely, nicely furnished, good facilities/amenities, everything worked well, very modern and spacious.

Block out curtains would be better so the early sun doesn’t wake you, and softer pillows required. Also a little more instruction on rubbish (as foreigners we have different rubbish requirements and so it was a little confusing!).

The guesthouse is tidy and its location is so convenient to all tourist attractions in Karuizawa.
