Location and spaciousness

No staff to service or assist No elevator or escalator Had to climb up 4 flights of stairs to get to the second floor with our bags 🙄 Then had to ask a store owner next door to call the office to ask for the apartment number- since the number on the key didn’t match any of the apartments 😠 Asked to remove garbage before leaving as well

Great location and apartment. Quiet. Nice atmosphere

Two separate clients struggled to access key box. Both Doctors of engineering! One set of keys missing. Very poor. Tried emergency number. Held in a long queue .Only rescued by an employee who happened to be there. If it was cold /wet it would be a thoroughly miserable experience. Poor shower. Terrible temperature regulation and pressure. Extractor fan not working. No microwave. No washing up liquid. Cooker timing device that is sometimes impossible to shut off. Could provide the greeting wine as shown in adverts. Couldn't program TV for basic channels.
