Prenotazione per 3 persone e appartamento allestito per 2. Biancheria e cuscini sporchi e macchiati. Capelli nella biancheria e sul piano della cucina. Alla richiesta di avere le lenzuola e gli asciugamani mancanti mi hanno chiesto di pagare. Problema risolto solo dopo 24 ore, quindi una notte senza lenzuala e asciugamani per una persona. Non ho ricevuto il PIN ed ho dovuto chiamare. Una finestra chiusa con pannello in compensato, ed impossibilità di aprire le finestre per cambiare aria.

apartamento con todo lo necesario, amenities, hasta lavadora y te dejan una caja de bienvenida con te, cafes y dulces. localizado en grassmarket una zona con muchas opciones para comer, pubs etc

la localizacion que te da google no es exacta, te lleva al final de la calle y tienes que volver sobre tus pasos buscando el numero de aparamento que esta en una celle de dentro de un complejo habitacional, no fue tan facil encontrarlo

Property is fine. Except some stains on the sofa

The location is quite tricky. The location given on booking.com is wrong. Had to walk around for atleast an hour to figure out the entrance. Tried to reach the owner, which is managed by a customer care. My battery died. Again reached them somehow, they sent me the details of how to check in (same stuff as sent in the email). Told them the location on booking.com is wrong, they wouldnt just agree. Attaching a map to show what they mentioned in the description and the actual location. The access to the door cannot be reached by a taxi, we have to walk a bit on the cobble stoned road

"Small flat right in the centre of the Edinburgh Old Town."

Excellent location! Small and cozy flat with all the key amenities.

The fan in the bathroom was broken so the bathroom was poorly ventilated.

Good location. There was a problem with the window where it opened in the night and wouldn't shut. When we informed the property they sent someone around promptly to fix it.

They only gave us two rolls of toilet paper and we were 3 girls there for 4 nights. When we asked where there was more toilet paper kept they just ignored us.
