Parties/events are not allowed. The property cannot accept bookings from local residents. Minimum Age of Lead Booker (and person staying) must be 25. The apartments are fitted with noise aware sensors and have 24-hour security. All our bookings include VAT as we are part of the Travel Operators Margin Scheme and we are unable to provide a VAT breakdown. Your apartment will be allocated at 20 and or 20/a York Place and for all deluxe apartment bookings your apartment is located at 24 York Place. These are all separate apartment blocks/entrances Please note that there are no elevators and there are a number of stairs to the Deluxe 5 bedroom apartment and the Three bedroom apartment for 6 guests. These apartments are not suited for young families or those with mobility difficulties. There is no parking at the apartments, parking is best at the Omni Q car park on Greenside Row, reservation is needed and charges apply. Details are sent once booked with us to receive a 40% discount on the 24-hour ratePlease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Excellent property for a family vacation"

We had to lug our luggage from the parking as it is on the main busy road and unloading was not possible there. We realised that there was a back entrance which we used while leaving. It would have been perfect if this was mentioned in the booking details as the address given was the front one.

Beautiful apartment, high spec, clean and comfortable. Incredible views of the New Town and across to Fife.

Hard wood floors in flat above - noisy neighbours during our stay 😂

It's a great location and easily accessible. There are many shops for shopping and dining around here. Recommend staying here and being valuable.

The apartment is next to the street, and it's very noisy at night.

Awesome location, very safe and clean. Please be aware there are quite a few stairs but we are older and handled them just fine.

Near to station and nice restaurants

The bed where I slept wasn’t good..there were stains in the bed which I tried to avoid.

Espacioso y céntrico

Hacía muchísimo frío, las ventanas no estaban bien aisladas, y se pasa frío , cortan la calefacción a las 22 horas a 19 grados y debido al motivo anterior baja a 14 grados en el interior la temperatura .
