Castle Vista, Grassmarket Apartment

travelling with children so it was great to have all the facilities of home. the location for exploring Edinburgh was fantastic.

Lovely apartment in a great location. Very comfortable bed plus everything you need for a self catering trip and more. Pepper home from home feel. Owner very quick to reply to a minor issue and very helpful. Private off road parking is a massive bonus as well. Very easy to get my car (A3) in and out but would possibly be a little tight for large cars. Plenty of steps from the car park to the apartment but you only have to bring your case up once and it's good preparation for the rest of Edinburgh! Excellent and reliable WiFi. Plenty of streaming services on the two TVs for when you're putting your feet up - the very comfortable chair with footrest was my favourite after a belly full of good food and drink. Lovely and quiet as well which isn't always the case in flats / apartment blocks. Didn't hear a peep from any of the neighbours. Helpful instructions for check in / keys ensuring everything went smoothly. All in all exceeded my expectations.

Slight issue with the boiler which was solved quickly to heat the apartment. The hot water remained a little temperamental during the stay but not to a massive degree.

Apartment have excellent location we find it very clean with everything what we need. Amazing view to the castle. There is detailed information once arrive. Staff is very friendly and helpful. we spend lovely Christmas on this place.

Only one think I find little bit difficult but use to it later on is that apartment is located on last floor and I find difficult with my baby.

The location was very good. View of castle spectacular.

If I had realised the flat was on 6th floor with no lift I would not have booked it. I received entry instructions the day after we arrived. This caused much confusion. You have to walk up to the flat to get fob to enter car park and then carry luggage up to 6th floor.

Amazing location! All great kitchen amenities and bes really comfortable. Bathroom was amazing.

The 6 flights of stairs should really be warned about pre booking! Also windows don't open and it was so warm, couldn't have stayed there in summer months and no ventilation whatsoever.

We liked the great view on the castle and central location. Flat was well equipped with all you may need.
