Oceanfront 5th Floor Penthouse

Location, view and layout of the place

Needed some general maintenance: main door was very difficult to lock, elevator was slow and sounded like it was falling apart, lights didn't all work and neither did some outlets, bathroom door had no lock.

Enjoyed the location and the view.

Great location! Beautiful view of water, docks, and pool. Owner very responsive and helpful.

Nothing, it was just what we were looking for. Maybe add where trash is located and nearby good restaurants.

There isn’t a restaurant or cafe on-site…. meaning evening meals require a short journey back into Largo main area.

We had a Spectacular view, well stocked kitchen, stylish and comfy furnishings. The pools were a perfect tempature and the playground was great for our granddaughter. Feeding the fish by the lagoon and watching the sunrise under the tiki huts were highlights.

Spacious appartment, well equippped, great view over the marina. Everything you need for great vacation. We even saw dolphins from the balcony. Clean instructions how to get in and out. Easy communication with the host.

great views, saw a manatee in the marina right outside our balcony! very quiet, private, relaxed atmosphere. beautiful beach with stair walkout. amazing pier with sunset view. water was fabulous at about 83* plus all the time. nice cabanas with chairs and bbq grills. absolutely nothing to complain about at this property. will definitely be staying again.

The view, the amenities, the well equipped kitchen and the comfortable furniture.

Just that the fridge filter needed changing from the start and thus made a noise. But this is minor.

It is a very nice flat, clean and confortable. It was easy to check in and Beatriz was very responsive. I would recommend it to a friend and surely would like to return. Perfect for a family holidays. The habitants in the unit as well as the lady guard at the entrance were very friendly.

It is just a detail but there is little natural light in the second bedroom. However the whole flat is very luminous and the view amazing.
