Spacious. Just off the Royal Mile.

Front bedroom was noisy at night.

Property was in a excellent central location. Metres from the Royal Mile. Property clean and spacious for 7 people. Property manager was easily contactable via WhatsApp and was so accommodating allowing us an early check in and providing luggage storage after departure. Would highly recommend!!

Steep stairs down to property could be an issue for older people or people with young children.

Location was fabulous but the property was not what we expected. The layout of the rooms and the amount of beds were not as advertised. 2 of us ended up sleeping on the sofa bed in the kitchen with a very noisy fridge to keep us up during the night. The property does not sleep 8 as advertised. When I booked there was meant to be one room with a double bed and then the two other rooms with two extra large double beds - these ended up being twin beds so we only had room for 6 in the bedrooms and had to sleep in the kitchen.

False advertising

Great location, central. Very comfortable and able to handle our group of 5 adults. Close to food, coffee and activities including transport. Michelle was amazing and so helpful.

If felt a bit tired, lots of small repair needed and a bit of TLC needed. Lighting on the external stairs could be better and the stairs could be cleaned.

The location is ideal! It’s less than a block to the Royal Mile.

The body wash did not smell good.
