De Eindhovenaar City Apartments

Was super nice, helpful team! I have arrived at 19:30 after a long trip, suffering of my injured knee, the apartment turned out to be in the 2ed floor off the ground floor, means I had to take 2 levels stairs not only one, I texted the facility team and surprisingly they answered immediately, they explained that they stated this in Booking.com details, and: they offered e to change to another apartment in floor zero, they were very helpful and caring. very next morning a kind gentleman knocked the door to say hi, offered me a nice jar of Dutch honey , he was the property owner who knew about my injury and came to check and show support, I was really touched of this kind reaction.. I have to say that the way the property team treated my early complaints was one of the most professional understanding to the customer who may arrives in very tough conditions sometimes. the apartment was very clean, well designed and organized, kitchen is fully equipped, few modifications are needed, will list it below

the eastern window and door are totally of glass, the curtain covering both is very light and transparent, when the sun rise it will be impossible to sleep, while the western window is equipped with heave solid curtain which should be the same at the eastern one. The fridge has no freezer which is a problem when you want have a glass of whisky... check in process was not really easy neither clear, should be revised

Super clean and cozy apartment with an excellent location. There is a distance walking for every point of interest. The bed was very confortable and a bonus is tje balcony with the view of the cathedral.

Very nice appartement in city core of Eindhoven. Gear location. Just around corner is main church and square with a lot of restaurants, bars and cafes.. train station 12 min walking. Full kitchen appliances and dishes. All was clean and tidy.

But noisy on weekend nights.
