Great facility and location

Ximena the owner is great person she always replies. When needed her....the apartment is located ate the end of the condominium so no noise no cars nobody bothers you I slept like an angel for the six nights ...and once they were expecting hurricane 8n Florida ximena texted me...she was worried about us but it was weak and nothing happened but I liked her attitude....the apartment has everything you need even sugar coffees...food seasoning everything. To cook ...there are 2 bathrooms also functional....lots of shampoo.... hairdryer....towels.... everything...it is perfect

There is an office at the entrance of ville de sol ...só there was a Brazilian lady working there so she asked me where am I from and I told her I am Brazilian so she denied...and insisted that I am Russian!! Although I spoke Portuguese and English to her but she was racist I guess anyway I can show her the passport and she wasn't helpful anyway

The hosts communication was excellent- any problems were quickly resolved. The apartment was perfect for our family and had everything we needed. The pool at the complex was lovely.

Nothing to do with the apartment or the host - the only thing we didn’t like was the new security system to enter the complex - great for added security but we had lots of issues with it and so did a lot of other people staying at the complex as it often didn’t work properly. Hopefully these are teething problems with it being new and will be resolved soon.

I liked the decor and the set up.

I didn’t like all of the rules and the virtual security guards. They were extremely rude.
