Ifigenia Apartments

Host was great, they even offered to pick us from the port to their accomodation. We just gave them out luggage, since we wanted to take a walk while we were waiting for check in time. Mariana gave us a lot of useful information for island (best beaches, restaurants and bars), and also provided us with a map of island This accomodation really exceeded our expectations. Best reccommendations!

Everything was perfect

Our stay at Ifigenia Apartments was exceptional. Marianna (and her father) were incredible; excellent communicators, professional, warm, and generous with their time (they even picked us up from the port and dropped off our bags for us). We are so thankful for their kindness. The apartment itself was excellent. It was extremely clean, comfortable, and had everything you needed. The air conditioner was fantastic and it did not take long for it to cool down the apartment. The Wifi also worked great. The only thing we would note is that overall, Syros has a lot of stairs. Therefore, it can be difficult to navigate at times and the apartment may be slightly too far (despite being very close to the centre) for those who struggle with stairs.

The apartment was close to the center of Ermoupoli as well as only about 10-15 min walk to Ano Syros. Marianna, the host was absolutely warm and welcoming and provided us with all information on how to get around the island, possible things to do, beaches etc.

Maybe the kitchen can have better equipment/ facilities once it is an apartment to rent.

We loved the owner’s welcoming atmosphere and the apartment as well! They picked us up from the port and gave us plenty of directions on which places to visit, which were all great! The place is located on a street that is close to the city center and at the same time is not a busy road and feels very private. During the night on the yard you can watch the stars and enjoy the silence.

The hostess was amazing, very kind, polite and helpful. Extremely good value for money. The accommodation was clean. The location was also very convenient.

Kind and attentive hosts. We were met at the port and our luggage was also brought to the port upon departure. Quiet place, close to the center. A supermarket and a bakery are nearby. The apartment was cleaned daily.
