Расположение отличное.Рядом продуктовые,и не только,магазины.В пешей доступности старый город,паромная переправа. В квартире есть все необходимое ,и даже больше,для комфортного проживания.Чистота невероятная.Продуманы абсолютно все мелочи для уюта.Квартира оформлена с большим вкусом.Очень внимательная и приятная хозяйка.

Не смогла подключиться к YouTube в спальне.Для меня это некритично,поэтому даже не стала обращаться к хозяйке.Некоторое неудобство доставли ремонтные работы в доме,но это ненадолго.Вечером и ночью тихо.Для тех,кому трудно подниматься по лестнице,4-й этаж без лифта может доставить некоторые трудности.
