L accoglienza e l organizzazione

Die Lage war sehr ruhig und weitab von allem aber hat mir sehr gut gefallen! Die Kuhherde vor der Hsustüre und ein wunderbarer Berg. Ich konnte mir im Garten frische Weintrauben, Feigen und Kaktusfeigen holen. Rosy war perfekt organisiert und hat immer schnell geholfen. Der Rollerverleih und der Transfer ins Hotel und zurück waren super!!!

Die Duschkabine lässt sich sehr schwer schliessen und die Klimaanlage hat mein Schlafzimmer nachts geflutet ( Auch hier hat Rosy schnell geholfen) Der Mülleimer immBad ist zerbrochen, auch die Sitzbank auf der Terrasse ist zerbrochen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das Fahrrad war leider sehr alt und der Korb brach beim Fahren ab, was fast einen schlimmen Unfall verursachte. Ich bekam sofort ein neues Rad. Es gibt weder Tee noch Kaffee und für 3 Nächte gab es nur ein Minni-Tütchen mit Shampoo. Der Spülschwamm war sehr alt und sehr eklig!!! Alles in allem fand ich die Unterkunft nett aber sehr überteuert.

Struttura situata appena fuori dal centro , raggiungibile in 5 minuti di bici elettrica. Immersa nel silenzio e con una vista mozzafiato, perennemente ventilata e silenziosa. Ideale per una vacanza rilassante in una posizione strategica che permette di godersi appieno la meravigliosa Favignana.

Forse un po’ piu’ di attenzione nella pulizia.

The location is perfect, with stunning views and right around the corner from my favorite restaurant and bar on the island called Rest . The staff was super efficient and eager to help and the free pickup from the port was a nice treat. I booked last minute and within 10 minutes after the booking was confirmed the staff were calling asking where they could pick us up from and had the apartment ready for us with little notice. The staff made this stay great!

The only thing I can say negatively was the apartment only has one AC unit that doesn't cool the entire apartment and the ceiling fans make a lot of noise that kept me awake for a bit and I couldn't turn them off as the bedroom was not getting the cool air.

We really appreciated hosts and the fact, that they ce to pick us up and drop is off to the port. Location was really good and what we were looking for. We had the issue with the shower, but it was fixed within short time. Generally, everything was fine, they do even do trash recycling which we appreciate.

Wifi did not work consistently, one day did not work at all. We did rent bikes from the property, but as tires were flat and there was no air pump, we had to ask to fix it by guys from the rental on town. Also front door was hard to open, one night we had to use back door after several unsuccessful trials.
