Bathroom would be better when fitted a shower unit instead of bath.

Great location, very easy to find. Andrea meet us on arrival. It was a warm day, so had placed water and milk in the fridge for us. Very well stocked apartment. Very clean and comfortable.

Andrea met us at the property and showed us around. She was very friendly, helpful and obliging. The property is a beautifully refurbished Victorian pub and has some impressive features including a welcoming entrance hall with lots of local information available. We were told we could park on the road outside despite the road marking saying not so we did without any issues. Our apartments were amazing, so much space for three families, and spotlessly clean. Andrea and Ian are generous with toiletries and kitchen basics - and anything more we needed was easy to get from Asda or Fleetwood Market a short walk or dive away. The added wildlife encounter was such a bonus - hope the little one is doing well, Andrea. We weren't familiar with Fleetwood but we would certainly visit again with young children or just as an older couple for a short break. The scenes from the esplanade across Morecambe Bay are stunning. We were delighted with the weather - it was warm and sunny despite the BBC app telling us it was raining.

Hard to find anything to improve in our accommodation - hmm, the family members downstairs struggled a bit with the light in the front bedroom in the morning, such a lovely big window, so maybe some heavy curtains would help? Maybe a couple more waste bins in the bedrooms and bathrooms? The saddest thing about Fleetwood is the litter - everywhere except the beach was marred by it, perhaps the council are to blame, or careless binmen? And we struggled to find good coffee.

I loved that the property was so close to the beech and the hosts have done well with the property , the hosts were lovely, there were towels and some toiletries available, host popped some milk in the fridge for arrival :-)

Living room wasn’t as comfortable, the bathroom was small with only a handheld shower and no curtain making it awkward to shower/wash, and not much room for 2 adults and the dog

My friends and I were delighted with our apartment. It is beautiful decorated throughout. Added bonus was being on the ground which helped my friend,as she is not good at climbing stairs. We arrived much earlier. We were greeted by our friendly host Andrea outside the apartment while we were looking for the apartment. Andrea made us feel very at home. Nothing was a trouble for her. We appreciated her knowledge around the area. We will definitely be back for another visit. Definitely recommend staying here,so close to town ,around the corner is Fleetwood Market and plenty more to see.
