Peaceful House in the Centre of City

The keys box was hard to open it. Maybe need to remove it and put a new one .any way. You are the top Aaron . Thanks again for your help

A good position near the station and a short walk to the centre of Lancaster.The street itself is quiet. The house was comfortable and had all we needed for our break.

We didn't like anything

Nothing in the photographs online match what the property is like. It's really expensive. Definitely hasn't been cleaned which is an additional charge of £30 plus some other random £40 fee. Coffee table not clean. Bedding all stained. For the price the finish in every room is appalling. We've just stayed at 5 places before arriving here, at the most expensive place and all were absolutely amazing compared to this. Also it's the only olace were We've had to make up the beddingwhich is why we noticed the staining..i need to repeat, the place doesn't look the same as in the photographs. Really disappointed and the owner when contacted just stated it had been cleaned. Would definitely not recommend staying here for £149.50 for 1 night

Very helpful communication from host throughout. The location of the house was excellent. Ideal for train station, and just a short walk into the town centre. So very useful to have 2 parking permits. The house was spacious and accurately described. It proved to be a great base for a family gathering.

Like so many properties, the house has a few signs of wear and tear, but nothing that impacted our stay, and overall represents great value.

Absolutely no hassle. It was as simple as simple could be. As the name suggests, it was indeed peaceful. We just walked in as if it was our own home, everything was in place, instructions was very clear. It was an amazing experience.

1. The living room could have had better lighting and there is some plaster and paint work on the wall which needs to be done. 2. A Microwave would have been handy. 3. Living room and the room downstairs could have been carpeted.
