keep some green flowers and plants. change the key of the house, change the chairs and dining table. shower is bad, water is good, keep a good cafee bag for cafee machine, it wont affect your economy.

"Terrible place in a good location"

The location is great, there is a lot of nice restaurants, bars, its not that much dangerous.

The apartment is very bad, the kitchen doesn't contain much equipment, there is insect everywhere - a lot of ants and flies (up to some extent its normal in Guayaquil, but here it was just too much). When I was there there was a problem with water, so 50% of the time there was no water at all. The host didnt seem to care, always said that it should be soon fixed, but then it lasted like 10 more hours. The bed is not comfortable at all, the host is trying to save money by providing very uncomfortable and cheap bed linen. Through the whole time there was no service at all. Trash never taken out, bed linen never changed, towels not changed.. And despite all of this, the host still asked if I could pay more - unbelievable lol.
