Blue Sky Apartments@Guildford Town Centre

Everything was lovely and clean and bright. There was secure gated parking which was a huge bonus. Central for facilitiesA Waitrose opposite. Down a quiet street.

Everything was lovely. If one criticism it would be that the outside balcony windows in the lounge were dirty.

Good location, convenient to the town and rail station. The apartment was spacious and good for our family of four.

The apartment is quite run down and in need of renovation. Paint peeling from the walls in multiple rooms, stained carpets, fixtures coming loose from the bathroom wall, a constantly running toilet with a plastic "stick" to replace the flusher, and a barely operable shower door in the main en suite. It was over-priced for the quality of the facilities. Communication with the host was minimal—I never received a response about a request for a rollaway cot or check-in time. I had to contact the host (a rental management company) to request details on how to get to the property, rather than have them be provided at the stated time.

Amenities were good.

Difficult to find the Apartment and locate the key..

Great location. Good size of apartment, new sofas (upgrading from the old leather ones) are much better. Secure Parking was a bonus.

Mattresses are old springs / quite uncomfortable and I needed to go buy a topper. I know these apartments get warm but it was an extra warm few days and we only had one fan.

Perfect location for work and really nice property very clean

The proximity to the town centre and easy access to supermarkets and shopping. Spacious and good amenities.

It's starting to be a bit worn down, the paint next to the bath in the bigger bathroom was all peeling off, which wasn't the case the previous time I had stayed in the same apartment. The flat was also cleaned an hour after check so we had to wait.
