Great location

Parking is very tight

Property was very central. Located next to an Asda which was really handy. Comfy beds. Great bathroom.

A little tricky to find if using Google maps. Follow specific instructions from rental company otherwise you could get lost.

The apartment is very modern and clean with everything you need.

Took us a while to find the apartment

Although difficult to find the location was very good. Next door to an ASDA which is handy. Decor nice and modern. Perfect for a night’s stay.

Could do with a key safe at front of property aswell as back so that you don’t have to take the keys out with you when leaving via the front. Some of the Prosecco glasses were lipstick stained upon arrival so had to be washed before use.

The flat was very spacious with plenty of beds. The bathroom was very nice. The flat is very modern. The kitchen was also nicely stocked. Having a washer was a bonus. There is a grocery store right next door. Very quiet for being a basement flat. Pretty close to downtown harrogate as well.

It's not easy to find especially at night even with Google maps. Parking is a tight fit on the premises. One motion sensor light located inside the front entrance door kept going on all throughout the night. The hardwood floors had a sticky substance on them throughout. Don't know what that was about so I hope that the cleaning people notice and remedy that.

Great position for town centre and great facilities.

The steps to the back and front entrance had no handrail and there was no lighting. There were two shallow steps which we couldn't see in the dark and our friend fell. She hit her head and bruised both knees. We had planned to go out for a meal but she was very shaken so ended up not going out. This could put people off staying as this lack of lighting is very dangerous. The settee in the lounge was very low down and there were 4 of us which ended up one sitting on the pouffe and the other on the kitchen bench which wasn't comfortable.
