The room is immaculate and really well designed. Quality decor. Everything you need for a short stay

Wi-Fi didn’t work well. It was very intermittent as the router is 2 floors away. The manager did try to help with suggestions. It was no big deal as we had our phones with decent connections

We suggest some leaflets with wi fi what to do and instructions how to use microwave and cooker. 2 adults using the premises and both have the hob like one you had but not simple to use.

Amazing service!

Apartment is lovely and perfect for a night or twos stay, shower was great. Bed was comfy.

Pillows were too hard for my liking, some stains on the ceiling above bed, stains on wall near bin, and a little dusty.

The property itself was in a fab location, it was beautiful inside and clean I have nothing bad to say about the building or the upkeep

I took my 7 year old daughter away for the night as a get away from a busy house, we was then bombarded by some other guests which was grown men (which at the time I didn’t realise) who didn’t finish the booking ( you have to pay a deposit to get codes for doors etc which it doesn’t state while booking) knocking on the door very aggressively and then came to the window and started to bang on the window , which resulted in my having a knife next to the bed and putting a table next to the door. And I had no sleep and my daughter is still traumatised. The staff thought a poxy 25% back would make the whole Situation ok which I think is actually appalling and I’m very upset still with the whole situation
