beautiful location

very dirty inside. Not cleaned by the cleaners. hair all over the house including bed sofa. Infested with ants, slugs and spiders. there were cob webs all over the house. on-suite shower un usable as it would over flow onto the floor making the floor slippery and dangerous. Other bathroom peeling paint and mould on walls. Cracked tiles which can fall any time on someone when in shower. Bed in bedroom the springs was digging into us was told to turn the mattress over still the same. cobwebs also on the cooker hood, making, massive health hazard! limescale on the shower head as well. extractor fans full off dust. for ventilation there was fans inside but full off dust. The fridge has never been cleaned, was full off ice. the kettle had big chunks of limescale on it making it unusable. Gave evidence to host was abruptly told to move for him to rectify the problem and he said he would refund for the days not stayed but now refusing to refund. I went to another place was very good and host very pleasant not arrogant like Mr Ali Khalid.

Good location: close to legoland Windsor, close to amenities and restaurants

The property could do with some maintenance; especially the bathrooms. Water drainage in the en-suite shower was very slow. Also, the beds were uncomfortable.

Great location for Legoland and Windsor. There was plenty of nearby shops, restaurants and pubs to make our stay more relaxing. The kitchen and living area was comfortable and was a good size for 4 adults.

There were a lot of maintenance issues that I passed onto the owner. The owner agreed that these issues were to be addressed. Although contracted cleaners had been to the property, it wasn’t to a clean satisfactory level on arrival. I had to clean the kitchen items and bathrooms.

Great location! everything you need for a short stay

The mattresses just aren’t comfy (sorry). The double pops and makes a racket when turning!

Location to high street. Modern furnishings.

Sadly one of the single bed frames was broken on our arrival which led to a uncomfortable sleep for one of the guests.
