IS BLD 201 by b hotel - Spacious Studio Apt for 4ppl Close to Peace Park

Perfect sized place, owner was great with communication and was easy to access. Awesome location close to everything needed.

This was a well equipped apartment in a great location. We loved our stay here, it had everything you could need, was a 12 minute stroll to Peace Park & lovely & clean. The futon mattress had a slightly strange feel to it but that could also be normal as it was our first futon in Japan. Couple of good bars & restaurants nearby too.

Very responsive hosts, easy check in and out -apartment had everything we needed a lot of thought has gone in by the owners to making it comfortable. Take an HDI cable of your own. Bed was on the floor and not super comfortable so we found the futon in the cupboard and put that on top of the bed and it helped a lot.

The property was very clean and perfect for our stay in Hiroshima. The kitchen also was equipped with everything we needed.

There's nothing I didn't like.

Location was ok, quite close to street car stop, which takes you can to main train station and Miyajima directly. Check in was without an issue, we were able to leave our luggage earlier and communication was clear.

Mattress wasn't great. Ventilation wasn't great, AC was smelly, so was the bathroom.

Clean, quite close to Heiwa Koen.

There is no mirror in the bathroom so you need to shave in the living which is strange. a bit complicated until you arrive as you receive messages about currency exchange etc, it was ok in the end but that was confusing, host was ok The room, (it is one room) is much smaller that on the pictures (which is normal I guess, everybody does that...) so it was a bit surprising at first.

It was clean and had everything we needed for a few nights. The room was exactly the same as described.

The clock on the wall was too bright at night and we could not turn it off or dim it. The fridge temperature setting was too cold and the soy milk we put in the fridge (not freezer) came out frozen the next morning.
