Great location.

Sofa bed was uncomfortable. There was a ruler and pens/pencils down the back. General cleanliness (kitchen cupboards/bin had food splashes down and unnecessary furniture and cabinets with old lamps etc in the hallway. Bathroom had no working extractor and the main light stopped working. There was a used ear bud in one of the chest of drawers in the double bedroom. Furniture hasn't been hoovered under in a while. There are steep steps to access the property which aren't mentioned. The property description says it's accessible for disabled and although the flat itself is on one level the access would be difficult and the amount of furniture in the property would also make it very difficult for manoeuvring a wheelchair. The property description also states there are 3 large double beds in one room. They are all singles.

The use of the facility's was good and the location.

The strict rules, parking and the dog next door just kept barking.

So many amenities are around the corner.
