Adrian’s apartment is very conveniently located to take bus, ferry, walking to the waterfront. It is spacious, clean and quiet. Adrain is very friendly and genuinely care about our visit to Malta. He provides great amount of information and checkin from time to time. We felt that he was our relative/friend in town. Strongly recommend Adrain and his apartment.

This property is set at a perfect location! It has all the facilities you can imagine and the host will treat you like royalty!

The location was perfect, located a short walk from lots of different amenities, and next to a bus stop to Valetta. The host was wonderful, sending lots of information about different locations and made us feel so welcome. The apartment itself was really lovely, with everything you could need for your stay.

The house is very clean and comfortable. Everything that could be needed was available in the house. The owner welcomed us very kindly. He sent informative messages about places to visit in Malta every day.

the ac Meter 😂 it was stressful but adrian handled it well and offered to top it up for us. we’ve never stayed anywhere where ac consumption was measured (good for the environment and being aware of what you consume) but was a little stressful - however, he understood and asked us not to worry about it.

If you are going to Malta, and are interested in staying in or near Valletta I would advise you to book at QLiving. Everything was perfect and Adrian was there from the start to help us get in to the apartment, show us how everything worked, explain what was nearby and advise us about what we can find on Malta and whats the easiest way to get to it... Any question we had, he was a message away with a quick reply. An amazing guy that really cares about what he is doing... The apartment, was spotless and filled with everything we needed and more, even with a beach umbrella... When we go back to Malta, we will make sure to go here again...
