Stylish apartment in the heart of Inverness

The apartment had all the facilities we needed for our stay. It was in a great location, easy walking distance to everything in town and to the beautiful parks along the river. We self catered and had everything we needed for this. The washing machine was really appreciated as we are travelling for a while. The apartment is nicely decorated as shown in the images provided. we also found free parking opposite the apartment which was convenient.

We had a bit of trouble using the hot water service which was new but had been put onthe wrong setting. Perhaps some instructions could be helpful for future guests. We also found the bathroom towels were unsatisfactory. The new GPS in our rental car could also not find the address, so a few more instructions on location may also be helpful for guests who are not local.

when I was booking it on Booking.com it was reduced from £330 to £200 however I was charged £332-50 which was not my intention. when I told this to Booking.com I was told I should have taken a screenshot of the price,which was impossible as it said sold out .which leaves me £132-50 out of pocket

neighbours were noisy there was mouldy bread in cupboard so obviously not cleaned for over a week we cut our stay short because of noise , fighting , blood in communal stair way and on walls. pictures make it look good STAY AWAY 🤬

Location was excellent, really clean and well equipped apartment, 10 minute walk from the train station. Perfect base to explore the surrounding area
