Thistle Apartment, Inverness

The best part of this apartment is how close it is to the shops and restaurants downtown. Only a 5 minute walk and you’re in the action. The kitchen was great too. Well stocked with everything you need. There is also a parking permit to make parking easier. The bed is comfortable and it was nice to have the washer/dryer too.

We had a problem with the hot water. Every other time we showered the hot water would run out after just 5 minutes. We also found the apartment to be cold (it’s an older building so understandable) but the heat wouldn’t stay on and so we could never truly get warm.

Very convenient with all facilities. Close to shops Quite compact and long staircase with heavy bags. But we would stay again if we return to Inverness

This little place is amazing. Really close to everything. Tea Coffee supplied. Washing machine was great and easy to use.

Has an issue with using shower would go cold after a few minutes. But contacted owner and all was sorted.

This charming apartment is truly a hidden gem. It features many thoughtful details that made our stay feel like home. Very comfortable and cozy, it includes everything you might need, from a washing machine and dishwasher to dishes, cutlery, pots, and pans. Additionally, there are more towels than you could ever need. The fireplace added a magical touch, making us feel as if we were in a storybook. The location is central yet tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. We had an amazing time in Inverness, and this apartment made our experience feel like a dream. I highly recommend it—10/10!

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Great location within walking distance for the town centre. However, the walk was uphill on the way back. There are steps going down, well lit. Easy parking at the door with residents permit. We had a small problem with the shower the first morning. Great service from Grant to resolve the problem. We went to Eden Court to see Steve Backshall. Excellent night out. We had a drink in MacGregors pub. Lively place very busy, we would recommend booking for a meal. We had lunch at Dalmore Farm Alness. Again this place was very busy but we got a table within 20 minutes. We did some shopping to pass the time.
