Balcony on the east and west side

It was written on the booking.com that bringing the dog would not have to be paid extra but on the location itself the owner said we have to pay and if we had a problem with that we should take it up with the agency. And of course the owner said she had no idea what was written on the booking site and that we should talk further about that with the agency. So we had to pay extra anyway and sure enough in cash. I was very disappointed about that.
