Art Apartment In Mamila - King David Residence

Location was superb, the apartment was really quiet and the host was superb. We could check out later, no problem. Also parking for our rental car was perfect. Having a balcony was nice, also the pool.

The apartment is in a very central position, on the first floor, the garage is at -4 with narrow passages but after a few times it's goes fast. Entrance for Shabbat is also easy. The building has a swimming pool, sauna, and gym, that is almost always empty. The apartment came with extra towels, hand soap, detergent, garbage bags, soap and shampoo. We used the washing machine and drier to wash towels and sheets and it worked great. Before we arrived the hosts sent us the entrance information by whatsapp and were helpful for any inquiries.

As noted by others, one blind doesn't work in one of the room and besides not allowing light it also doesn't allow to the see the view. Some sheets weren't clean but we washed them. The hot water is limited, so if there is more than a few people the hot water will finish and it will take time to become hot again. Just some little things weren't explained and we had to ask an wait for an explanation, would have been helpful to get a better explanation of all the appliances available. The hallway of the building it not cleaned often.

The property was clean and the owners were very responsive . Would highly recommend !!

The hosts were charming and kind. They promptly answered any questions and always tried to fulfill our requests. The apartment was spotless, and the location was great. There is a nice parking lot and swimming pool for the kids.

The facilities are missing some basic features. For example, there was no shampoo/soap holder in the bathroom. There is no heating in the bathroom. Some small wears need fixing. For example, some of the light switches did not respond well, the shades in the living room would not go down, and part of the ceilings required paint.
