Központi elhelyezkedés,lift van a házban.Nagyon kedves,rugalmas és segítőkész a tulajdonos.Nagyon tágas és tiszta a lakás. Habár parkoló nincs a lakáshoz,az épület háta mögött (kb.50m) van egy nyílvános parkoló -a sok üzlet miatt- ami fizetős-de ha a vásároltok a parkoló üzemeltetőjének ügyfélszolgálatán heti parkolójegyet (2950Ft/ hét)-a városban bárhol lehet vele parkolni-kivéve a sorompóval rendelkező parkolókat! MEGÉRI!
