"Perfect!"

A very interesting, modern apartment, impeccably clean and fresh. Equipped with everything you need and even more. Located in a quiet area, yet close to the city center, bars, and attractions. The owner is extremely kind and helpful, with excellent communication before arrival. I highly recommend it!

The property was absolutely spotless and so cozy, with very easy heating controls and wonderful kitchen / bathroom facilities. Caroline was a brilliant host and so helpful and welcoming, we greatly appreciated the attention to detail from hot drink facilities down to shortbread and even a lovely bottle of wine! We will absolutely consider this place first when we next come back to Edinburgh.

It wasn’t too close to the very city centre but was absolutely perfect for the places we were interested in (the old tow, the castle, and Usher Hall).

"Great location, spotless place and super host."

The property was spotless. The host explained everything very clearly when we met to receive the keys (and also great instructions on how to use all appliances). Very quiet location with no traffic noise. Some tea bags, coffee etc. left for guests. Really nice touch to have some shortbread biscuits left out for us too. Leaving was super easy as just needed to leave the keys on the table.

It was great. Cannot think of anything negative to say!

Caroline, the host, had provided cereal, jam, milk, tea, coffee, and bottled water which we did not expect to find as well as biscuits and other drinks. She met us there in person and gave us some great tips and advice on getting around the area. She was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was immaculate and had everything that we needed. The bed was very comfortable.

"Excellent place to stay in Edinburgh"

Great apartment, very well equipped, looks like brand new even though it has been in use for several years, which means it is very well maintained by the owners. In a quiet street, not too far from supermarkets and restaurants. It has a small terrasse for sunday days as well.

Everything good.
