Piso Lagunero Acogedor

Местоположението на апартамента е чудесно! Трудно се намира място за безплатно паркиране на кола но точно отпред има подземен паркинг(към 26.10.2025г. цената е 9,75 евро за 24ч.) Апартамента беше чист и имаше всичко необходимо за 2ма души.

Диванът не е удобен като цяло. Няма много въздух в апартамента но все пак вътрешната тераса е удобна.

Para ser un bajo sin ventilación salvo el patio interior, por el cual es lógico y se entiende que puedan entrar insectos, sería ideal que tuviera climatizadores en las habitaciones. Ya que sólo con un pequeño ventilador no es suficiente. La cama es horrible, hace ruido con mirarla, imagina si te sientas. Dormir es bastante complicado con tanto ruidito parece de plástico el colchón es bueno, pero si la estructura es de juguete de poco vale. Un descanso muy malo. Con respecto al menaje de cocina deberían aprovechar el equipamiento del lavavajillas para darle un lavado a todo antes del siguiente huésped. Ya que tuve que fregarlo todo porque estaba en condiciones bastante mediocres. Una pena disponiendo del electrodoméstico pertinente para dicha tarea, creo que eso es dejadez y falta de organización. La limpieza podría cuidarse un poco más los detalles igual que se pide en los carteles de normas de la estancia. Para recibir, hay que dar dicen.

Esta en buen sitio , es coqueto y muy cómodo.

The apartment is located near restaurants and supermarket.

The apartment is very dark, but it didn’t bother me because we were out most of the day and only came back in the evening.

Large patio doors opening out onto courtyard. Free Netflix. Kitchen fittings good.

Decor could do with some attention.No full length mirror and nowhere to put makeup on and do hair. No basics supplied in kitchen.

The apartment was clean and the kitchen well equiped. Big sofa just in front of the tv screen, with netflix. The position was 5 minutes walk from the intercambiador where all buses and tram stop, also near the center of the town. The owner was nice and willing. There is a fantastic bakery just in front of the building!

The apartment is a little bit dark, because it is ground floor. The bathroom has no window nor air change. Some hanging for the coats would be appreciated.

The property had everything I could have needed.
