Clean and quiet apartment close to the city cent. Exceptional staff service that makes you feel like at your own home.

Staffs were super friendly and helpful. Property was clean and very cozy, felt like home away from home due to staffs going an extra mile. Highly recommended and definitely coming back on our next visit.

The place was in good location and local shops were nearby which was really convenient.

Everything was good - no lift I would say but it’s an apartment so understandable.

Cleanliness, owner and staff behaviour is something which gives you a sense of home away from home. A really good family running this beautiful place.

Well equipped with everything you need for a business trip, including ironing and washing facilities. Quiet location and AC in the bedrooms. The staff were very welcoming and supportive throughout with nothing being too much trouble. The room was clean and the AC worked well for a good night's sleep. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I'll be back!

Palmo is the best place to stay if you are visiting Kathmandu. The rooms, facilities and location are all excellent. There are plenty of good places to eat or drink nearby and Thamel is still just a short taxi away. There is a supermarket one minute walk away. The rooftop is also nice for relaxing and watching the sunset. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and polite, always going above and beyond to make our stay perfect. They do a wonderful job of maintaining the property and keeping the rooms spotless. We will definitely be staying at Palmo again!
