Es un piso céntrico, muy cerca del intercambiador de guagua/autobús y del tranvía que conecta el área metropolitana. Cuenta con todos los recursos necesarios para pasar unos días agradables en familia o en pareja.

Uno de los mandos del televisor necesita un cambio, ya que las teclas no funcionan demasiado bien.
