"Appartement de charme hyper central !"

Superbe emplacement dans une vieille maison typique de la Laguna. Le parquet, les plafonds, les fenêtres en œil de bœuf sont d’époque. Chambre super grande. Appartement bien entretenu avec une belle terrasse qui donne sur la cathédrale.

"Przyjemny apartament w super lokalizacji"

Lokalizacja najlepsza z możliwych, budynek stary historyczny, co oczywiście dodaje klimatu. W środku apartamentu ten klimat niestety trochę się gubi, ale generalnie jest przyjemnie. Wielki plus za zaakceptowanie pobytu z małym pieskiem (za dodatkową opłatą i po wcześniejszym uzgodnieniu)

Potencjał apartamentu nie jest wykorzystany na 100%. Jak na taki historyczny budynek, apartament jest urządzony bez gustu i jak najtaniej. Masz wszystko co jest potrzebne, ale wszystko jest tanie i nie zbyt przyjemne w korzystaniu. Apartament ma Taras z widokiem na katedrę, ale znowu - najtańsze plastikowe meble I brak jakiegokolwiek urządzenia w tej przestrzeni robi ją mało przyjemnej w użytkowaniu.

La buhardilla es muy acogedora y tiene un encanto especial. La cocina está equipada perfectamente con todo lo necesario para cocinar. Las camas son comodísimas. Las vistas son una maravilla si te gusta ver el ambiente porque la calle es una principal. La terraza es una tranquilidad y un perfecto espacio para relajarse. Es lo que estábamos buscando y nos quedamos muy contentos. La comunicación con el propietario es excelente.

"Appartement atypique au cœur de ville."

Très bien situé, au centre de la ville. Atypique, en même temps sous les toits et avec une terrasse. Literie confortable. Petit plus: bouteille de vin et sucreries en guise de bienvenue. Parking à quelques minutes à pied pour 7,5 euros par jour.

Escaliers étroits, surtout le dernier étage et douche très petite. Cœur de ville donc les soirées et les petits matins peuvent être animés.
