"Superb"

The location was very good, and Pablo’s communications were excellent. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Especial mention the cafe round the corner on Calle San Antonio. The best coffee and the proprietor Ramon was so welcoming.

La Laguna is said to be the coldest place in Tenerife, and the apartment was quite chilly, but heaters and extra blankets did the trick. Lack of parking, but that is not the fault of the apartment. La Laguna is very difficult for parking.

Everything was perfect! Located practically in the old town, nice view, very comfortable beds! We had such a great time and a good night sleep ☺️ Absolutely recommended! 🧡

"Nice apartment, good location"

Apartment is equipped with everything you need for a stay: kitchen (with stove, oven, fridge, etc.), small utility room (with washing machine), bathroom (with bathtub), and living room (with sofa, table, and chairs). Close to the center of town, and not too far from the central bus station either. Nice view towards the town center from the living room windows.

The tile floor (present in the whole flat) is quite cold. You should bring some slippers - for me, socks alone just were not comfortable enough.
