"Lovely flat, well equipped, excellent location for the old town, would definitely recommend and stay"

Location was excellent for the new town

Receiving the code to get in and out was too difficult. The radiator in the bedroom didn't work. Taking the rubbish away as there were no bins to put it in anywhere near the flat.

Die Nähe zum City Centre, zum kleinen Stadtteil Stockbridge und dem Flusswanderweg Leith Walk Way bietet unterschiedliche hervorragende Möglichkeiten. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Gewürze, Essig und Öl und Espressokaffee waren da. Ein Welcomepaket mit Tee und Keksen auch. Atmosphäre ist super, das Bett gemütlich und es ist fernab vom Trubel sehr ruhig in diesem hochwertig ausgestatteten Apartement. Freundlicher und zugewandter Kontakt zum/zur Gastgeber*in

Nice location, quiet, plenty of space for 2. Nice patio outback.

The instruction manual online was incorret (wifi password was different, bins to dispose rubbish were somewhere else than said). The bed was a bit hard, but still ok.

A very spacious appartment on a central and nice location in Edinburgh. The rooms are beautiful and clean and there is a small garden. Shops and restaurants are in the neighbourhood. Charging your electronic car is just around the corner.

There was no washing machine and there was lack of kitchenware. Also no parking facilities and no help to find some.

Advertised with pictures and in description as having a bath...no bath I book based on property having a bath. Essential for me. No washing machine.. First flat rental in 20+ years of coming to Edinburgh without a washer.

"Staying in the New Town area is a more relaxing place to be."

Location is far enough from Princes Street area to be really quiet but still only 5/10 minutes walk away. Small supermarket only 5 minutes away and a small local pub round the corner.

"New town flat"

The location is nice as it is out of the busy area. It is a well maintained property and very comfortable.

The toilet seat is broken, and because it was not stable more than once my child almost hit his head on the heater right in front of it - the bathroom is a squeeze. Not a problem if everything worked perfectly.
