Ramsay Gardens - Grand 4-Bedroom Apartment Next To Castle

As far as location went you could not be any closer to the castle then we were. It was in the middle of everything, perfect location.

The shower pressure was fantastic, problem was it was really hard to regulate the water temperature.

Huge apartment - a lot of space for a group traveling. Location was superb! Right next to the castle

The best location we could ask for, the nice decoration and the beautiful historic building this apartment has to offer. The beddings, towels and the kitchen appliances provided are good. Well heated.

It’s impossible to adjust hot water in the shower. Cannot stabilise the temperature at all. The ventilation fan in the kitchen doesn’t work properly (keeps turned on and off) and the window can only be opened slightly so the smell of the cooking lingers. It would help a lot if the door to the garden can be opened.

Location was perfect for a tourist visit, a stones throw from the castle and university and easy to reach public transport. Luxury and spacious whilst still cosy feel to the property. Views from the property were great and property felt secure l. The welcome pack with fruit, tea, coffee, milk and cookies was a nice touch. Instructions on how to access the property were very clear.

No designated parking space (Although this was clear when booking), kitchen felt lower end out of keeping with the rest of the property. Minor points easily fixed (A couple of broken slats on the shutters, broken toilet seats and a couple of flickering light bulbs)

Central, quiet, much place in the apartment, clean

The apartment is stunning with huge rooms, huge entrance hall, beautiful bathrooms. It was also lovely and warm with underfloor heating. The location couldn’t be better as long as you don’t have a car. Would love to have enjoyed it for longer.

Location excellent. Layout excellent. Styling excellent. Fresh coffee. Heated coat hanging rack.

Broken toilet seat (looked like it has been that way for a long time but not expensive to replace). Toilet roll holder rusty and again looked like it’s been there a long time but a relatively cheap fix. No chopping board. Appreciate it’s an old property but a bit of a background smelly drain smell. Windows need cleaning especially with THAT view!
