Stairs a little difficult for elderly people with mobility issues but that’s traditional buildings and my relatives just slowly walked the stairs and loved being on the Royal mile

Hi as a guest, 1.we should able to reach anytime we need especially for emergencys, (At least 4 calls several messages, without response) 2.Apartman was too much dirty that we have the clean entire home (also inside the cabinets,it was unbelievable, all dust bunnys, broken pieces of whatever, dirty napkins behind the babys equipment) 2 of us had a asthma and we had a horrible time of the dust. CLEANING DOESNT MEAN BRUSH ALL THE DIRT BEHIND CABINNET DOORS… it’s not healty. 3. SOFA IS BROKEN!!!! We like to have spend time together at home thats the reason we choose rent all home. We couldnt sit on the ONLY ONE SOFA in the leaving room. I kindly warn you about the problem, i waited patiently so your response was nothing. Now you are saying that maintenance will come especially apartman is still mine. I wont allowed it, no one can get inside until i leave the apartmant. 4. Your responsibility is to be helpfull for your guests, out responsibly is to use your home as ours as clean and respectful for neighbors, host. We did our part PERFECTLY however i cant tell same thing about you. We are living abroad our electrical system is modern we do not know yours, we have to deal all of ours promlem with our self. (Heating, hot water) I am using Booking and also AirBNB for several stays this was the worst, all of my hosts were polite, helpfull this is the first disappointment. Notes; i clean inside of 3 Cabinets (ı ll attach all the pics) and entire home. Toaster have a electrical problem, blown fuse? We CANT use SOFA as humans!!! At least ı want refund the cleaning fee. (As a good soul ı recomend to change your maintenance servise they are not working, there are 5 years back letter to owner of the house? Or you should personally check the apartments:/ That’is the message i send my host, its all summery of my stay.

We thought the apartment was clean , tidy , warm, a no nonsence flat for the weekend. Me and my partner slept in the back room, the beds are lovely and comfy and we slept well, but my sister and her husband had the front room, im afraid they didnt sleep because of the traffic and the draft from the windows, which is a shame as this would stop us from rebooking this apartment, which is in a good location and reasonably priced. The other thing was the couch was (which was only for 3 people, so one person had to sit in a dining room chair),not comfortable at all. When you come in from a day of sight seeing you want to sit down and be comfy....but we did have a good weekend. We did like the.apartment but wouldnt rebook im afraid because you cant get to sleep with the noise of the road all night long. Regards cheryl x

Beautiful apartment, really felt like home at the end of long days walking around Edinburgh! Comfortable beds and sofa, beautiful views out the windows of the Royal Mile and Calton Hill, really helpful friendly owners if we needed any info/assistance with anything.
