Close to the sea You can leave luggage in the storage outside Two bathrooms Air conditioning in every room (not allowed to turn on simultaneously though)

The longest communication in my life with the host - if you are an introvert, you may not like it There are bars under the window, they throw out garbage at night and noise until 4 am, sound insulation is poor The apartment is different from the one in the photo in the booking, but in general it is of the same level of quality The apartment does not have a dishwasher or washing machine In order to use the stove and gas, you must inform the host in advance You pay 230 euros for one night and you have to throw out the trash, wash the dishes and report to the owner why four adults were using three bedrooms 🧐 Checkout at 10 am Soft mattresses

Gave us snacks, a bunch of water bottles, nespresso machine and a lot of pods. It gave more than what we needed. Will definitely stay here again.

Our host, Giuseppe, was hospitable from the initial booking. He answered all of our questions and gave suggestions for local restaurants and modes of transportation, and the house was extremely clean, comfortable, and filled with all needed amenities. The beds and pillows were perfectly comfortable, and the layout of the house was great for our family of 5.

Our host Josepe was wonderful. He allowed us to put our lounge in the room/apartment since we arrived at 9am. He also gave us great recommendations for food and transportation. He arranged transportation into Central Rome with Karina for a very affordable price. The apartment had all we needed including treats and water. I highly recommend this place.
