The oven wasn't working.

Der Inhaber war Sehr nett.

Wir waren mit 3 Kindern unterwegs, zum Schlafen wurde neben dem Bett das Sofa und Klappsessel vorbereitet, die waren extrem ungemütlich.

Breakfast was not included but there were a couple of small cakes and coffee provided. The friendly host was very patient with questions both before and on arrival and put himself out for our late arrival. Roomy accommodation.

For our one night stop en route to elsewhere the location and for the price it was perfect, for a holiday in Fiumicino perhaps it it might be considered a little less convenient.

The owner was very helpful with directions about how to get to the property. Without the assistance I would have been lost. The property is gated and it has a room available. The room had kitchen, toilet and shower, air conditioning, tv, wifi, and queen bed.

There was a periodic noise, likely related to the hot water / plumbing system that interrupted the silence during the night. If you are a deep sleeper then it won’t be an issue.

Ho soggiornato solo una notte ma posso dire che la struttura è molto carina, accogliente e pulita, dotata di tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno sia per brevi che lunghi soggiorni. La vicinanza all'aeroporto è sicuramente un valore aggiunto per chi viaggia e nonostante questo la zona è molto silenziosa. Una menzione speciale per l'host molto gentile e disponibile, grazie alle sue indicazioni sui mezzi pubblici da prendere per arrivare ho risparmiato diversi soldi di taxi..
