The apartment is really good ,good space with a nice outside area,the host is really nice people

Just the little street to reach the house is a little bit difficult

The home is in a quiet residential location with parking on property. Master bedroom is big, hall sofa converts to an extra double bed. Kitchen with appliances and washing machine are very useful. Hosts are very helpful. Highly recommended for families with young children.

Supermarkets are ~30m walk. Quite distant from the main train station of La Spezia. Nothing to do nearby. Property is in good condition, needs minor maintenance here and there, did not affect our comfort.

Everything was great, very kind hosts, we arrived much much later than expected because of a traffic jam, but they were very understanding and helpful, stayed in contact and helped us with a very late checkin. Very nice and clean place. If you have a car, very convenient to move around and it has free parking.

If you have a car the location is perfect, if you don't, it seems it could be a bit harder to move around, but not really sure. The sofa-bed was a bit squeaky.

It fits perfectly for a family with kids

everything was perfect. The lady was so nice to us and we didn’t have any problem there. House is very clean. There is a private parking spot and garden.

Everything was ok, very clean, I recommend. The lady who manages the house is very kind.
