Very good ensuite and good size rooms. Good coffee machine.

Difficult contact and waited 40 minutes to be let in. Breakfast was a small bottle of milk and a small packet of biscuits. Lighting is very poor with the main over head light not working. Remotes for the TV and set box top had flat batteries. They have not been changed for years. The WiFi does not work. No drinking glasses supplied just light plastic cups. Pillows did not support.

Great location, large comfortable bed, lots of room in the apartment.

There were no check-in instructions or guide on how to use anything/access the apartment or check out. The AC, wifi and streaming device on the TV all did not work. I tried contacting the owner via text and booking.com to get help but I did not receive any response despite seeing that my messages had been delivered on iMessage. The hot water ran out in the shower after 5 minutes so my boyfriend had to shower cold. The check-out time specified on the booking.com page was 11am-12. However, at 9.48am I woke up to the sound of the door buzzer and subsequently an Italian woman who spoke no English barged into the apartment while I was sleeping and in an undressed state. It was very disturbing and upsetting for me, particularly as I was on my own as my boyfriend had already flown out earlier that morning. I had to use Google translate to tell her that the booking.com page had specified a different check out time and then she left.
