Perfect place for our family of 5. All amenities were great, and size of balcony was an added bonus. Gianpaolo was the perfect host! Highly recommend

Struttura raggiungibile comodamente sia arrivando in auto che in treno (la stazione dista 10 minuti a piedi). Posizione ottima per girare a piedi nel centro della città. Palazzo situato in quartiere tranquillo. Una soluzione ideale sia per un giorno che per più giorni.

L'emplacement est idéal proche du centre et pas loin du train, un parking proche également pour espérer avoir une place

We chose the appartment with a balcony. The apartment was spacious, with a roomy hall that featured a dining table. The bed was quite comfortable. The location was great, with many restaurants and shops right nearby, and just a few minutes' walk to the harbor. Additionally, La Spezia proved to be an excellent base for exploring the Cinque Terre National Park.

The kitchen was not fully equipped for a comfortable stay: the frying pan was very old and worn out, there were no paper towels, and all the cleaning supplies, like the dishwashing sponge, were old and needed to be replaced.
