Sicuramente la posizione: 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ,20/25 minuti per il porto ( passando x la centralinissima via pedonale piena di negozi),supermercati vicini.Appartamento spazioso e confortevole.Proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile.Consigliato assolutamente!

"Family stay in La Spezia"

We loved Cristina's warm welcome as well as her appartment. It was wonderful! It had all the facilities we could ask for: 5min from the train to the area we wanted to visit (Cinque Terre), free parking, toys for the kids, easy and quick contact with Cristina, super clean appartment, heating and hot water.

Nothing! We absolutely loved it!!

"Pleasant but with some problems."

Private garage for the car. Very neat and well kept apartment. Lots of information about the area. Very helpful host.

Distance to garage if you have heavy bags but there is an elevator once you get into the building. Shower was MINUTE - not possible for a medium person!

"Perfect Location for Visits to Cinque Terre"

Very nice Host..very comfortable clean Appartment in city...perfect for Visits ton 5terre..5min Walk to train Station and 15/20 min nice Walk to port for ferries to 5terre , Supermarket around the Corner...parking Spot is safe..

"Wonderful apartment, excellent host, lots of things to discover nearby."

Exceptionally kind host, spacious well equipped apartment with lot of storage space, comfortable for longer stay. Cristina provided coffee, tea, spices etc. I loved the book sharing shelf and the lot’s of useful information, maps, magazines on the interesting sightings around la specia and cinqueterre. 7 minutes from central station, ideal for visitors who also would like to discover Pisa, Genoa, and most of all: 5terre.

The bed was a bit too soft.
