great location. Very clean appartment.

The location is good.

The bathroom floods everytime you shower making it almost unusable. It’s the equivalent of a 4th floor and it has no lift. The ceiling between the top and the bottom floor is not isolated so you can hear everything that’s going on on the top floor. If someone turns on the lights in the bathroom the light goes through to one of the bedrooms waking up everyone.

The whole split level apartment was clean and nicely furnished. Extremely comfortable bed and bedding. There’s everything you need, fully equipped kitchen and dinner, two double bedrooms, a washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and plenty of power sockets! Although the apartment is situated on the upper floor in a big building it was quiet and safe (there’s a lift and a wide staircase). There’s a free parking space outside, but the owner has to give you the parking card for it. There’s a parking attendant/ guard by the entrance, due to a limited parking slots, but once you have the card you can come and go anytime you want. The place is about 15-20 minutes walk to the river and main attractions.
