La casa es una preciosidad, moderna, amplia, luminosa, muy bien decorada, y la terraza exterior una maravilla. Muy cuidados los detalles, y los anfitriones súper atentos. Es una casa excepcional, está en el centro del pueblo y con zonas de aparcamiento cerca.

Beautiful, huge house with a lot of space for 4 persons. It was very well equiped with all the necessary amenities and it was at 3 minutes, by foot, distance of the city center. The house also has a very nice back terrace, very cozy. The host was always at our disposal and was very kind. A very interesting concept: the owner provided with a lot of canarian wine, with descriptions and prices, we picked what we liked and put the money in a designated box. A sort of "trust bar", quite appreciated.

Just minor suggestions: we found no soap in the bathrooms and we could've used some extra trash bags but we managed just fine and I am sure that we would've asked the host would have provided.

We had looked forward to a quiet, relaxing holiday in Tenerife in November 2024 and chose this accommodation specifically advertised for its relaxing setting. Upon arrival, it was clear that a construction site had been active directly in front of the apartment for weeks, a fact the owner had failed to disclose. While Saturday and Sunday were peaceful, construction resumed Monday at 8 AM with a hydraulic hammer, digger, and concrete mixer just metres from the front door and seating area. The noise echoed through the apartment, making relaxation impossible which made it necessary for us to move to a different accommodation. The owner refused to communicate directly, relaying absurd suggestions through his manager Antonio and Booking.com: -We should work in a nearby café (with free Wi-Fi)—ridiculous, as we were there on holiday. - Workers would move machinery slightly further away—ineffective given the proximity of the construction. - The work was “only” from 8 AM to 3 PM—irrelevant, as we wanted to relax during the day. -A voucher for a future stay, though we have no plans to return to Tenerife. - Unforeseen circumstances – this is of course not true, since the construction work had been ongoing for some time. After moving to quieter accommodation, we observed the site remained active Monday through Friday, confirming we made the right choice to leave. The owner acknowledged the disruption by offering a voucher for a future stay (which we cannot consume), refused to refund our money, leaving us feeling completely let down. His lack of accountability and unresponsiveness after construction resumed shows an absolute disregard for his guests. On the photos: the appartment is ground floor, one of the 2 outdoor seating areas is behind the red car on the 3rd photo. The construction site represents the so called the "city view". If you read through the reviews you find another comment on the missing information on the existence of the construction site.

It's a big apartment and it's centrally located. It has a nice terrace area too.

I asked reasonably to leave my very small bags for a couple hours so that I could enjoy my Sunday before my flight. I explained to them I had nowhere to go. The hosts refused. The key is stored in a coded lockbox so there is absolutely no reason to not let me put my tiny bag inside by the door. It would not affect cleaning at all and was well before the next guests arrived. I understand the hosts have a policy (an unfair one in my opinion), but as I had no car this trip I thought they might do me this smallest of favours. But no, they didn't. And bear in mind this place is 200 euros a night. I consider this mean, ungenerous, and officious. I have no respect for people who are unable to act with a modicum of basic decency and make reasonable exceptions to arbitrary rules. Another problem was the pans for cooking- they were completely scratched and so unusable. You cannot cook with scratched non-stick pans, due to PFAS and other toxic compounds. I had to buy a new pan which I left in the flat (you're welcome, hosts).

The apartment was amazing and really big. Excellent location and very quiet. Excellent outdoor space to relax. Everything was top!

It was perfect. The only thing negativ to mention is that we only had cold water in the shower.

Location, decoration, host.

Everything, the decoration, the number of rooms and bathrooms, the light, the weather in the apartment even it is July! The kidness of Antonio, he make us feel at home! nothing is missing to feel super comfortable it is walkable distance to the beach, the stores, cafes, restaurants and bars

The mobile walls of the bedrooms, which do not provide sound insulation. The same problem with the main bathroom that has no full walls, in the center of the apartment.
