spacious property with beautiful view. i can see how the terrace might be too hot in the summer but we enjoyed it very much in May. our daughter loved running around in the spacious flat and terrace

a little remote and la Tejita beach is not suitable for small children but we drove to el Medano which is just 5 minutes drive. so it wasn’t a big issue.

Very good communication from owner. The apartment was clean and well equipped. The location was nice, quiet neighborhood, close to the beach.

Shower could do with being modernised but adequate.

Peaceful with beautiful views of the mountains one way and Montaña Roja the other way. Everything we needed for a 4 weeks stay. Bright and clean with huge private outdoor space. Mar was extremely helpful, friendly and accomodating. We could hear and see the planes but they didn't disturb us. We were lucky to have very few windy days while we were there. The communal pool (unheated) was nice and I often had it to myself. We were sad to leave this little haven

Great large apartment, bright and very clean. Very well equipped, had everything we needed. Enormous patio with gas bbq and comfortable garden furniture. Nice modern decor, comfortable beds. We had wonderful time. Pool was great as well.

Slightly too close to airport, but this is very minor inconvenience

We enjoyed our stay in the appartment very much, there was almost everything. The big terrace is wonderful, but it was too hot to sit outside. Swimming pool is very clean and the beach absolute top. The hospitality of the host is outstanding, thank you.

Inside was no air conditioning, but we knew that. We missed better coffee machine though, maybe for coffee capsules, then it would be perfect 😉
